Director, IT Deployment, Coca-Cola Enterprises Norway/Sweden
We are looking for a business oriented leader within IT to join our Northern Europe IT Business Unit team. As our new Associate Director, IT, you will become a part of the Northern European (Sweden, Norway, BeNeLux) IT team and work closely with both the Norwegian and Swedish IT organizations as well as with the local management teams. You will have two direct reports (one in each country) a Sr Analyst and Mgr IT Deployment, and their main focus will be on local cust omer specific technology projects.

In your role as AD IT, you will be the primary point of contact from an IT perspective for your key stakeholders in Norway and Sweden, such as the Country Director, Field Sales Director and Commercial Director. Through your IT expertise and knowledge, you will highlight requirements, estimate costs and evaluate business impacts on the requests raised by your stakeholders. Your role will also be to communicate and prepare the business on future technology changes by showing them the art of the possible of new technologies and highlight any risks involved. Once solutions are implemented, you will continue to assist the business in embedding them and ensuring the value of them is achieved.

Your key responsibilities
* Stakeholder management: informing, challenging and translating into a non-technical manor
* Project management: escalate to correct IT function
* Change management: prepare the business, calculate on business impact
* Follow-up: ensure successful system implementations by evaluating result, assess value and cost savings
* Improvement initiatives: raise ideas on how to improve processes and systems. Stay close to Digital Marketing to contribute with innovative digital solutions from an IT perspective
* Negotiating/building business cases internally to ensure you have the right resources and budget to deliver on local projects
* Local IT lead
* Partnering and sharing best practices with IT peers in the wider European network

You could be based in either the Norwegian or Swedish headquarter, in Lorenskog/Oslo or Jordbro/Stockholm. You will be expected to travel within the Nordics every other week to attend the management meetings and to visit your teams. You will report to the IT Director, Strategic Initiatives Northern Europe, based in Brussels.

Kvalifikasjoner

To be successful in this role you need
* Relevant Academic Master's degree of relevance
* Several years of experience from senior roles within IT
* Experience from having a customer facing role/working close to the business
* Broad technology background and IT infrastructure understanding
* 3 years of experience in Salesforce and Mobile Solutions
* To be fluent in either Swedish or Norwegian and have strong communication skills in English

It will be very valuable if you have experience from working with SAP. We also value experience from working in a global organization, preferably with a commercial focus.

You are used to being the point of contact and the go-to-person in your current role. You bring a lot of innovative ideas to the table and are seen as a continuous improvement ambassador.
