Job description
We are looking for an all round strategic and operational Director to lead and manage Services Unit Norway. Director Services Unit Norway leads, manages and develops the Service Business within Norway. The position is responsible for planning and target setting of commercial and operational results of the Services Unit. You will act as the General Manager of the Services business in Norway, implement Services strategy and lead and manage the Services Unit. As a part of the Wärtsilä Norway Management you will represent the company and the group towards the local stakeholders. Director, Services Unit Norway is a member of the Services Area Management Team. The role is located at Rubbestadsneset, Bømlo, and reports to the Vice President Services North Europe.
The right candidate has a MSc or BSc degree and multiple years of work experience from both general management and execution. Management experience from a service organization is a major advantage. As a person you should be result and solution driven, action oriented, enthusiastic and a team player.
